Cascade Industrial and Construction Services (Pvt.) Ltd., is basically a team of highly educated and extensively experienced engineers from almost all the sectors of industry led by a mechanical engineer of more than 45 years of experience in prestigious organizations both at national and international level. Although as a company we are new, our team brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the service of our valued clients.
It is an unfortunate fact that there is an acute dearth of competent and professional companies for provision of engineering services and industrial construction in Pakistan. The very few exceptions being prohibitively expensive and wanting in performance.
It is in this back drop that we have put this team together with the aim of providing reasonably priced, state of the art services to our valued clients within desired schedules. One of the main features of our policy is that we always work for our clients and not the manufacturers as their commission agents. This enables us to safeguard the interest of our clients which we deem is our sacred duty and commitment.
Starting from feasibility studies, basic and detailed engineering to complete EPC solutions is in our scope of work. We are, in the later part of this narrative, giving the details of some of the projects that our team members have rendered services for, implemented and/or managed: to give you a fair idea of our potential. At present, we have two power projects, one soda ash project, and two export oriented fruit and vegetable processing projects in the pipe line.
One of our departments deals in used equipment. In this field also, we know that in most of the cases, the buyers do not get quality stuff and land up with useless equipment which is either junk or entails spending equivalent to new equipment to make them workable. We sell equipments that are complete, in good condition and which perform. If required to ensure performance and economical, we recondition and refurbish them with the participation from original manufacturers.
